Refund Policy

EXCHANGES

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

  1. Your items arrive damaged
  2. Your order gets lost in transit
  3. Your items break within 6 months of purchase

To complete your exchange we require photo or video evidence that your items are damaged (if applicable). Please email your replacement request to support@theposturetherapy.com.

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded or exchanged:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Free items (if applicable)
  3. Tips

Partial exchanges will be issued if parts of your order are damaged or missing. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@theposturetherapy.com.
